Randy Scarpa, with over 15 years experience in the floral industry, founded Valuflor in 2003. Randy’s vision is to provide a large and varied selection of the finest fresh flowers to the wholesale industry. Valuflor specializes in novelty flowers, premium roses and other cut flowers in half and quarter boxes.

Libby Scarpa heads up the human resources department at Valuflor. Libby has an impressive background in H.R., having worked for such companies as Levi Strauss, Fuji Bank and Iron Mountain.

Julian Cardona, born and raised in Colombia, talks to the farms daily to secure our flowers. Julian buys from the best farms in Central and South America, Holland and Italy so that we can provide a top-notch selection of fresh flowers at prices that can’t be beat.

Sal Scarpa heads up our Northeast operation. Sal has extensive experience in the beverage industry for companies such as Budweiser, Coca Cola and Canada Dry. His expertise lies in the areas of logistics, transportation, distribution and sales.
